DESCRIPTION

The LEAN TO collection is designed to maintain a proper balance of form, function and comfort. Lean To was born in Paris in the 20’s and remains a cherished classic.

CONSTRUCTION

The frame is made of handcrafted kiln dried maple and hard woods, double doweled and glued to create a rigid, durable structure. Traditional eight-way hand-tied coil springs are positioned within the framework of the seat deck to ensure maximum comfort and support. Seat cushions are fabricated of high resilience foam wrapped in an envelope of feather and down. The tight, angled back has hand-carved multi-density foam over a woven web support.
