EDELMAN ACCENTS

PRICES

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Packing, freight, insurance, taxes and installation are additional.
• All prices are FOB point of production origin.
• All orders require a 50% deposit.
• Shipment will be made upon payment of balance.

ORDERS

• Production is scheduled upon receipt of a complete order that includes a 50% deposit, wood finish and Edelman leather selection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All orders are custom made to your specifications.  After receipt of deposit no cancellations will be accepted.

WOOD FINISHES

• Exposed wood is maple unless otherwise specified in our price guide.
• Wood finish samples are available through Edelman representatives.

DIMENSIONS

• All of our Edelman Accents are handmade and assembled.  Actual dimensions may vary slightly.

SHIPPING

• Edelman will arrange the shipment of your order through our preferred carrier.  Edelman will acknowledge your order and quote an all-inclusive delivery cost.  Shipping and handling are billed separately.

DAMAGE / FREIGHT CLAIMS

• Packing is designed for maximum protection.  Damage may occur during shipping.  The responsibility for damage is with the freight company.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

• If carton or merchandise is damaged, please follow these 5 steps.

1. Write details of damage on the Bill of Lading.
2. Save all packaging materials.
3. Request that freight carrier schedule an on-site inspection.
4. Notify Edelman of any claim.
5. Please take photographs of the damage and the packing.

CONSTRUCTION

• All wood frames are kiln dried Maple or Alder hard woods.  Traditional time-tested frame making methods are used in all construction.  See Edelman Accents specification sheet for information that is specific to each product.
• Where appropriate, seat and/or back surfaces are filled with high-density foam, 25% goose down and 75% fowl feathers.
• Depending on design, 8-way hand tied coil springs, sinuous springs or basket-woven webbing is used to provide maximum support, comfort and durability.

CUSTOM SPECIFICATIONS

• Any custom requests should be discussed with your Edelman sales representative.
• COM/COL samples need to be sent to Edelman for testing and approval

FIRE CODES

• Resilient materials comply with flammability codes as outlined in California Technical Bulletin 117.
• Boston & California Technical Bulletin 113, please inquire.
